The Hudson Group provided due diligence services on the Royal Hawaiian and other assets in the Kyo-Ya Portfolio. The Hudson Group has performed assignments on nearly all the large hotels in Waikiki including the Sheraton Waikiki, Moana-Surfrider, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, Hyatt Regency Waikiki, Marriott Waikiki, and the Mandarin Oriental Kahala.
