Sheraton Palace
The Sheraton Palace is one of eight landmark hotels in the Kyo-Ya Portfolio. The Hudson Group provided diligence services to multiple lenders relating to an acquisition financing of the Portfolio and a subsequent re-financing. The Portfolio includes trophy-quality assets in San Francisco, Orlando, and on the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu and Maui.
