Sofitel New York
The Hudson Group provided due diligence services for an acquisition financing of three of Sofitel’s North American hotels. Executed in a very short time frame, the Hudson Group’s work product allowed the lender to rapidly close a large, complex transaction. Each of the three hotels in the Portfolio were in varying stages of stabilization, including one hotel which was undergoing a major renovation and re-positioning.
